Policies

Prior to booking with University Catering, please have your location scheduled and confirmed by the campus scheduling office. Clients are responsible for making sure that University Catering will have access to the location two hours prior to the event for proper setup. We would appreciate three weeks' advanced notice to ensure the availability of menu items.

In order to adequately prepare for your event, we require that you provide us with a guaranteed number of guests and payment three full business days prior to the event date. Large groups in excess of 300 guests require a 7-day guarantee and payment. Billings are based on the guaranteed guest count plus any accommodated additions or the guaranteed count if your number decreases. To ensure expedient service, we ask that one entrée, or a combination plate be selected for plated meals. Dietary meals may be selected for those diets which we are able to accommodate.

For health and liability reasons, the removal of any unused food or beverage from a buffet event by a client and or guest is prohibited.
